GenePrecision 2200 is a truly automated nucleic acid detection solution that integrates three independent, pressure-controlled chambers – reagent preparation, sample processing, and amplification/detection zones. It performs the complete nucleic acid testing – from original tube loading, automated sample aliquoting, nucleic acid extraction, PCR MIX preparation, reaction system construction, PCR amplification, to final analysis – with PCR plate transferred through the specific logistics channel replicating the functionality of PCR laboratory pass-through windows. The system fully automates the entire workflow (from sample loading to result output) without manual intervention.

Ecient Contamination Prevention System

The  instrument features three independent chambers with   controlled pressure  differentials and unidirectional airflow, plus  integrated HEPA filtration and UV sterilization for  maximum contamination prevention.

Automated Pipeline Operation 

Three independently controlled chambers and five automated extraction workstations work with two parallel amplification units (enabling simultaneous different tests), allowing one operator to process 900 samples per  day on a single system.

Intelligent Monitoring System

The  liquid handling system features clot detection and liquid volume monitoring with alert functions, while  the operation interface provides real-time running status tracking and error alarms.
